At Dr. LabLink PathLabs, we prioritize customer satisfaction while maintaining high-quality diagnostic services. However, we follow a strict no refund policy for all test bookings and payments made through our website (drlablinkpathlabs.in).

1. No Refunds on Booked Tests

Once a diagnostic test or health package is booked and payment is successfully processed, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances. Users are advised to carefully review their selections before making payment.

2. Non-Transferability

All bookings are non-transferable, meaning you cannot assign or transfer your test to another individual.

3. Home Sample Collection Policy

If a user has opted for home sample collection, they must ensure availability at the scheduled time. Failure to be present may result in test cancellation without a refund.

4. Exceptions for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following rare circumstances:

  • If the test cannot be conducted due to technical errors or logistical reasons from our side.
  • If the laboratory cancels the test due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If there was a double payment due to a system glitch.

For such cases, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Cancellation by Dr. LabLink PathLabs

In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill a test request due to operational challenges, we reserve the right to cancel the test and process a full refund to the customer.
